During dialysis this morning I experienced chest pain and difficulty breathing. I’ve been placed on oxygen and dialysis was stopped so I can be checked out. My blood pressure has been quite low (for me). An ambulance has been called. I ask for your prayers and a little extra grace today.

Waiting on the second troponin test, 2 hours after the first so at about 1400. As usual, the first result was high, which has raised concern. This has happened before, often linked to kidney failure rather than the heart. If the level rises further, it points to a cardiac issue; if it stays steady, it’s more likely renal.
