I am very pleased that someone trying to make a quick buck out of vulnerable people who are living with HIV and who are looking for a quick cure has been convicted in the Courts and will now have to pay for his crimes. HIV is not limited to the Western world. Many of us living with HIV here should never forget how lucky we are. We have access to great healthcare systems and the life-saving anti-retroviral drugs. We have a good chance of a relatively normal existence. In other parts of the world this is not quite as easy.
