Yesterday I had an appointment with the physiotherapist. I have been attending since just before Christmas. My GP had referred me there as I have been complaining of pains in my knees for quite some time. I have been given daily exercises to perform, and although I may have forgotten on one or two occasions to do them, they seem to have been working. Yesterday, I was told that it was my last appointment as I was relatively pain free since I had last attended.
I must record my gratitude to the physiotherapy staff at Belfast City Hospital, in the Belfast HSC Trust. They have been great. I know that it is a much-needed resource and one which is in high demand. So, thank you for the few appointments needed to get me on the right track.
