Meeting local LibDems in Gibraltar


I was on my way to attempt to register as a civilian living in Gibraltar when I bumped into one of the local MEPs – Sir Graham Watson. Pleased as punch I was to be able I say proudly

I am a Liberal Democrat. Now how do I register to vote for you?
