This morning I had an appointment with my GP. Thanks to the COVID-19 precautions, the waiting room was rather quiet. When I got into the surgery, there were further precautions as the seats for patients were on the far side of the room from the doctor. I have to say that this seems to be very sensible to try to contain the Coronavirus. Maybe we will see this continue into the future.

My GP, having taken my blood pressure, reckoned that it was still a little high so has upped the Amlode prescription for this to 10 mg per day. We shall see if this has any impact on lowering my blood pressure. When measured today it was 165/100.
