At the end of October, I sent a letter to the clinical nurse manager in the Dialysis Daycare Unit in the Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore complaining that there is no social worker in the hospital. Today, I received an update: the complaints manager is coming to talk to me on Friday afternoon.

So, I had better re-arm myself in preparation. I will update the blog when I have further news.
