Medication tracking

So, as always, medication is difficult to keep track of. In recent days we think that some difficulties that I have been having has been as a result ofa particular medication. So, in order that I know reliably what I have and what I have not taken, I have created a spreadsheet in Google Sheets and shared it with my husband. I will now record when I take a dose of any of my several medications. I will also record if I do not take one which is required.

Being the boy that I am, I have conditional formatting set up so we can see how well I am or am not doing. Also, I will be able to show my medical team too.

It reminds me of a spreadsheet that Andrew created back in the early days of our relationship to track my medication for HIV. It has got significantly more difficult to track in the last twelve months! This is what spreadsheets are for.
